French Bagpipes

This is the French Navy's Breton band. Brittany was formerly settled by Celts, and until World War II, and the invasion of Normandy, was practically a different nation than the rest of France. If you've ever wondered why Great Britain was *Great* Britain, it's because Brittany was Little Britain. Anyway, the tune is a banger.
