This way, we can use its passive ability, Surveyor, to increase the countdown timer so we can better take our time to kill and loot every possible drop to get better abilities for damage and get a lot of weapons, including the hatchets. At the start, you want to go for the enchancer Chrono Shot and Mixed Blessing abilities (risky take 20% more damage). Chrono shot will make it easier to increase the time so we can do our route and stack the damage buff to 50% (max) from Surveyor. ▸ Mixed Blessing Ability: this one is highly recommended to get it in the Care Center, even restarting the game if you didn't get it at the start is 100% viable because it makes guns drop with more stars easier, and although it doesn't say it does, the weapons in the crates are also of higher stars, by my experience. Guns tend to drop really low rarity on this difficulty, so this helps a lot. Do get rid of it in the Raccoon City: Streets, however, you will get one-shot, especially by the blue and red enemies. ▸ Route: Start - Care Center - Raccoon City: Streets - Viktor Follow along with this route, and I show how to get the maximum amount of kills to get a lot of points to reroll for good damage abilities later, before Viktor. This route also gives a lot of weapon crates and healing, so we don't die and have plenty of weapons to take down Viktor, and if you are lucky? JUST USE THE RPG ON VIKTOR!!! ▸ Tips & Tricks I show you how to beat all enemies more easily in this route, and also how to take down the spiders. I give tips for taking down the Red and Blue enemies. They're a nightmare to deal with. As final, the Viktor fight, which solely really depends on you having good guns and damage abilities and all 3 hatchets for parrying.
